SHIPPING FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions about our shipping procedures.

While we do our best to process orders and ship them to you as quickly as possible, we often experience high demand. We do strive to ship all orders received before 1:00 PM (PST) shipped the following business day. Due to high demand and COVID-19, we ask that you please allow 3 days for your order to completely process during these times. Keep in mind that once we send your package off to the variety of shipping carriers we utilize (FedEx, UPS, & USPS), the order will generally arrive during the carriers time frame. If the order falls out of this time frame, however, we cannot be held responsible for those delays.

If for some reason the product you received has been damaged during the shipping process, you can request a return. From the time you receive your order, you have 30 days to request a return for devices/electronics. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for products that have been used. We also do not accept returns of edible or ingestible products. To request a return, please contact us at superstrainhemp@gmail.com. If your request is accepted, we will send a return shipping label and instructions to proceed.

Absolutely! Once your order has been placed, we will automatically notify you once your order has been processed and has been sent out for shipping. While we do provide a tracking number for you to keep a close eye on your package, please note that tracking numbers are not active until the shipping provider scans the package, which can be as late as 7:00 or 8:00 PM PST.

We would love for you to receive your order as fast possible. However, there is a process that must take place to make that happen. Once you've placed your order, we must first process the order, which means one of our excellent employees will receive the order list, pack it, then confirm it is ready for shipment. Your package will then be picked up by the shipping carrier, scanned, and on its way to your destination. While we do supply a tracking number, it will not be active until the carrier has scanned the package, which can be as late as 7:00 or 8:00 PM PST.

RETURN FAQs

Are you kidding? Of course we do! We accept returns on products that were DOA or are faulty within the first 24 hours of receiving the order. You must file a claim within said time period to return your item(s). We do not accept returns on items that have been used. We do not accept returns on items that are edible.

To join the Superstrain Wholesale Program, you will need contact a wholesale representative by filling out the Wholesale Inquiry Form on the Superstrain Wholesale page. A representative will then establish a relationship with you and supply a wholesale account form that you must compete.
